?The ceremony is held twice. The ceremony you join depends on which school you belong to.
?Parents and relatives may view live feeds of the ceremony on projector screens in a different room at the venue. Please understand that the Auditorium is for new students only due to limited seating capacity.
?The venue opens at 8:40 for the first ceremony, 10:40 for the second ceremony.
?Please use public transportation as possible since the number of parking lots around the venue is very limited.
