Practical 365体育投注 Language Training for University Staff

The University of Tsukuba's Global Commons organized a special beginner and intermediate 365体育投注 language class in wintertime targeting university staff as part of 365体育投注 language training for University of Tsukuba staff, on February 18 and 19.


Assistant Professor Elena Tsygalnitsky of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Tsukuba was invited to give a lecture for beginners to learn practical phrases and words at the information desk for students and a lecture for intermediate level students to learn how to introduce the University of Tsukuba and Tsukuba Science City and how to answer the phone, with 10 attendees for each class.


Some of the feedback afterwards in the beginners' class were: "I could learn practical phrases on conversation"; "It was a good lecture in a friendly atmosphere"; "Time flew. I can't believe that two hours passed." and in the intermediate class were: "I had a great opportunity to practice daily 365体育投注 conversation"; "It was an easy to learn lecture with a clear explanation"; "I would like to attend more lectures."


The Global Commons intends to continue its efforts to promote the internationalization of university staff through organizing various 365体育投注 language training and Staff Development (SD) Workshop that improve 365体育投注 proficiency and develop international perspectives and skills.
