At the master's degree completion works exhibition (second semester), you can witness a diverse array of artistic expressions and research results, including reports on the use of public baths in hot spring resorts from the perspective of environmental design and works that visualize social issues such as school non-attendance and women's physical and mental disorders through visual design.

Graduates pursue various careers, often becoming leaders in the arts and design fields as artists, designers, researchers, or teachers. This annual exhibition is significant, marking the culmination of their studies at the university.

The students shared their enthusiasm for the event:

We have worked hard to improve ourselves in our respective fields, while also encouraging each other. There is so much we have learned at the University of Tsukuba, where many different fields come together. Although we are all going our separate ways, we will continue to believe in the potential of art and pursue expression.

Professor HOTOKEYAMA Terumi, leader of the Master's Program in Art, commented:

This exhibition provides an opportunity for the general public to view and assess the achievements of our education and research in this degree program. We hope you will enjoy the students' fresh perspectives, creativity, craftsmanship, expressiveness, and planning skills, as they represent the next generation of leaders. We also welcome your candid feedback and critiques on the works and papers that reflect the outcomes of our education and research.
