Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Academic Exchange signed with the University of Ghana

On February 28, University of Tsukuba President NAGATA Kyosuke and President Nana Aba Amfo of the University of Ghana signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen academic exchange between the two institutions. The signing ceremony was held in the presence of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ghana, Mr. YOSHIMOTO Hiroshi, who has been engaged in discussions to promote collaboration.
At the signing ceremony, both university presidents expressed their commitment to fostering future cooperation based on the MOU, while Ambassador YOSHIMOTO expressed his expectations for enhanced collaboration between the two universities and the broader ties between Japan and Ghana.
This agreement marks the beginning of a promising partnership, and we look forward to deepening our academic and research exchanges with the University of Ghana in the years to come.
